JTF ATLANTA
Theatre Raleigh ACT has proudly attended the Junior Theater Festival (JTF) in Atlanta since 2015, returning each year because of its lasting impact on our students. While JTF includes performance and adjudication, our focus extends beyond competition. The festival provides an immersive, high-intensity rehearsal and performance experience that challenges students to refine their acting, singing, and movement skills while developing discipline, teamwork, and confidence.
At JTF, students receive meaningful feedback from a diverse panel of theatre professionals, gaining new perspectives that help them grow as artists. Through adjudication, workshops, and exposure to outstanding youth theatre from across the country, students are inspired to push their creative boundaries and elevate their craft. Attending JTF empowers students to grow not only as performers, but as confident collaborators and storytellers, carrying these skills with them both onstage and beyond.
