DANCE WORKSHOP: THE OUTSIDERS
May 19th 5:00-6:00pm
Cost: $25
Taught by Tim Malboeuf & Rebecca Marlowe
Take on a grounded, storytelling-driven combo set to music from The Outsiders. We’ll focus on intensity, dynamics, and connecting movement to character, building choreography that feels raw, powerful, and emotionally specific. Expect strong musical phrasing, physical commitment, and clear performance choices that make the movement land.
WORKING WITH AN ACCOMPANIST: AUDITION PRESENCE & PIANO ETIQUETTE
May 19th 6:15-8:15pm
Cost: $45
Taught by Chelsea Wilson & Ray Walker
Learn how to walk into the room with confidence, talk to a pianist clearly, and set up your music so it actually helps you. We’ll practice real audition scenarios so you know exactly what to do (and what not to do) when there’s a live accompanist in the room.
